This Privacy Policy applies only to the public Structura website at gostructura.com. It does not cover the Structura platform itself, which is governed by a separate agreement provided to customers.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect through this website is what you voluntarily submit through our contact form: your name, work email, company, team size, and any message you choose to write.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website. No third-party cookies are set unless you choose to play the video on our homepage — see Embedded video below. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your request — typically to schedule a demo, answer your questions, or follow up by email.
Where it goes
Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider, and forwarded to our team's inbox. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any other third party.
Embedded video
Our homepage features a launch video hosted on YouTube. It does not load until you press play. Until you do, your browser makes no request to YouTube or Google, and nothing is stored on your device.
When you press play, the player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, which limits personalisation but does not prevent storage: YouTube may then set cookies and store data on your device, and processes that data as an independent controller under Google's privacy policy. The legal basis is your consent, given by pressing play. If you never press play, no data about you reaches YouTube or Google through this site.
Retention
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to follow up on your request and maintain a record of our communications. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the contact page.
